This is a concept/feasibility study for the development of of 45 homes in North Norfolk. The scheme has been designed to prioritise biodiversity, live/work arrangements and pedestrian/bicycle use. The site layout and each individual home seeks to support sustainable and SMART living as part of a vibrant micro community.
