HAMILTON HOUSE REFURBISHMENT OCT 2023
We are working with a client to renovate an existing multi-use commercial property in North Walsham, Norfolk.
The project involves upgrades to existing retail area, insulation and wall lining to building perimeter, formation of stud walls, new staircase, replacement glazing, roof repairs, formation of new openings, electrical and heating installations.
It is anticipated that works will commence in Spring 2024.
Project details are set out in the drawings below.
We would welcome tender proposals from the following:
Builder (labour plus)
Builders Merchants (materials)
Component Suppliers (Windows, Doors, Woodburner, Flooring, Furniture)
All Tender returns to be received by Monday 13th November 2023, 12 Noon.
