This is a concept design for the replacement of a single family home with 7 luxury retirement apartments in the heart of the Broads National Park. Situated on a steeply sloped hillside, the design looks to offer excellent southerly views to all apartments. The design approach is informed by the need to offer level access to every home, discreet rear parking and a desire to bring the water further into the site.
