Our clients approached us to help restore this dilapidated Grade II listed Georgian villa back to it’s former glory. The building had a number of uses, including a single and a pair of grand residences, apartments and a hostel, before becoming vacant in 2013. We worked closely with our client to explore the opportunity of the setting and historic architecture to create two new homes fit for modern living. The proposals involve layout reconfiguration, sensitive extension, thermal upgrade and historic fabric repair.
