This unused piece of land peppered with trees and with close proximity to Holt town centre was purchased by our clients with the ambition to create homes for older people. The design approach looked to provide generous, low scale housing that reflects the form of rural cluster settlements familiar to the fringes of Holt. The ambition is for the development to have a strong sense of place, maximising the qualities of the context, and be embedded within the site.
