Gareth

Gareth is a chartered architectural technologist and chartered building engineer, with many years  of experience working for architectural practices and developers in the Norfolk area.

Focusing largely on low energy construction and residential design, Gareth has a track record of delivering projects from extensions, to self-build houses, to large scale developments. Experience of modern methods of construction and Passivhaus methodology has allowed Gareth to understand a wide array of build techniques, in addition to traditional building methods.

Gareth enjoys working on a variety of projects, large or small, getting involved with either measured surveys, coming up with solutions to address on-site issues or liaising with contractors, consultants and trades. Working in a 3D environment, technical co-ordination and complex detailing are where Gareth excels; however, working closely with the client and the contractor to take projects to completion is his most satisfying aspect of working in architecture and construction, which he describes as ‘a design realised’.
