Charlotte

Charlotte’s primary role within ENSEMBLE is financial and administration manager. She is a regular point of contact for all our clients, keeping a firm handle on the project and company accounts. Aside from this, Charlotte is passionate about HR and wellbeing. She has a keen interest in making sure our subcontractors are happy and comfortable, and has undertaken research into best practice and innovative methods of promoting good working ethic, condition and environment. Charlotte organises all the social events to regularly bring our team together.

Outside her work commitments, Charlotte loves to go paddleboarding and is an excellent crochetier.
